Newcastle United "haven't" enquired about taking Emil Smith Rowe on loan from Arsenal and been knocked back by the London club, according to X user "Rob M":
His post was in reaction to a story from 90min yesterday about the 23-year-old attacking midfielder that gained traction on some NUFC-related sites this morning due to this claim:
"Aston Villa and Newcastle United have both made contact over potential loan deals but Arsenal, as it stands, are not entertaining Smith Rowe's departure."
"Pizza Rob", as he has been dubbed by some on the social media platform, has been ahead of the curve on the majority of Newcastle's transfer dealings this summer and has built a lot of credibility over the last year or so with his information.
Indeed, he has been so accurate that some other so-called social media "ITKs" ("in the knows") have been rattled to the extent that they have claimed the club is trying to plug the leak in the recruitment team.
Most recently, he dropped this gem about Ryan Fraser, following the Scottish winger's temporary move to Southampton:
He's well worth a follow for transfer rumours, as his hit rate is genuinely outstanding:
Be mindful of the odd wind-up or two, though, and be prepared for some Asda pizza craic!
