If you're into the world of TikTok you may be aware of a football/social media influencer by the name of Soheil Varahram who has set out to create a football club in 365 days.

Al Qabila FC is the club Soheil Var has created in the United Arab Emirates (where else?) and things are really starting to come together.

His entire journey has been documented on TikTok as he built the club up from absolutely nothing right up to the latest update where they have revealed the coach who is going to lead them to glory.

It's a quality little reveal video and you won't believe who steps out of that van when the coach is revealed.

We thought Steve Bruce was going to step out of the van

That's right, it's none other than former Newcastle United defender, Steven Taylor.

I'm not going to lie, I was really expecting it to be Steve Bruce, but I think had it have been that Steve, I'd have literally wet myself laughing, instead I'm just not sure how to feel. I'm laughing, shocked, and intrigued all at once.

The 38-year-old will take charge of the new club as they enter the UAE Pro League next season.

Taylor has had his moments on Tyneside

Taylor has a decent reputation in the middle-east having led Gulf United FC to back-to-back promotions since hanging up his boots in 2021, but is now looking to test himself with brand new challenge.

The Newcastle academy graduate went on to make 268 first-team appearances for the Magpies before moving on to Portland Timbers in 2016 and despite all of his achievements at Newcastle, is probably best remembered for being a complete sh*thouse.

His epic "hit by a sniper" move when trying to mask a handball is up there as one of his great moments, as was his antics of taunting the opposition goalkeeper when they were lining up their wall for free-kicks, standing in front of them and being an absolute pest.

We wish him the best of luck in his new venture.
