Reports suggest that Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes could leave the club for £80million this summer.

This is £20m less than the release clause stated in the new contract he signed last October.

Charlie Bennett of Newcastle World has reported that there is a "verbal agreement" between the Magpies and Guimaraes to let him leave should an offer of £80m come at the end of the season.

This will surely ring the ears of clubs who have shown a keen interest in the Brazilian.

Bruno is happy at Newcastle?

I think Bruno is truly happy at the club. He has expressed on many occasions how much he loves it here and wants to be successful.

For some reason, fans are so worried about him leaving. He even bought a £4m house last week and people are still worried!

I think with the pulling power the interested clubs have in him there is a right to be nervous. I don't think he will leave though.

Real Madrid, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain are thought to be keeping an eye on the 26-year-old.

Newcastle fans need to realise that Bruno isn't leaving.

Bruno isn't leaving! (In my opinion)

Even with this verbal agreement in place, I think Bruno enjoys himself too much here.

With the end of the season on the horizon, there is always going to be speculation about his future.

The potential this team has is through the roof, with Joelinton and Sandro Tonali back next season we will surely have the best midfield in the league. I don't think Bruno wants to miss out on that.
