Despite Newcastle United's Jekyll and Hyde performance on Saturday, four Newcastle players rated highly enough that they found themselves in WhoScored?'s Team of the Week.

Unlike the BBC and the Premier League's Team of the Week selections, WhoScored?'s team is based on their own overall ratings of the players, taking into account various different metrics, whereas the others are essentially just one man's opinion.

There's often overlap, in fairness, but you only have to look at what Garth Crooks writes under his selections to see how much of it is opinion-based.

It's still surprising to see four Newcastle players named in the data-driven TotW from WhoScored?, especially after most players put in such a lacklustre first-half

Newcastle dominated the Team of the Week

Tino Livramento was included in the WhoScored? Team of the Week

Dan Burn made it into Garth Crooks' side after a stunning first-half showing which kept Newcastle in the game before the break, but surprisingly, he's not the defender who ended up on WhoScored's list.

Tino Livramento takes that honour, despite a few people claiming that he didn't have the best of games. We don't think Livramento was bad by any means, but we're not sure it was anywhere near his best and seeing his name on this team sheet was a surprise.

The other trio were less surprising with goal scorers Bruno Guimaraes and Alexander Isak in the side along with Anthony Gordon who got another assist and won yet another penalty.

"Alexander Isak (Newcastle) - 8.86
"With a WhoScored rating of 8.86, Newcastle hitman Alexander Isak is our Premier League Player of the Week after his performance against Sheffield United. Isak’s brace against the Blades on Saturday saw him score in a seventh successive home league match, while it brought his tally of goals for the season to 19, a personal record. Isak also made two key passes and three successful dribbles in what was a fine all-round showing."
